General Information
  1. The operator of the website and the personal data controller is: Marcin Wasilewicz, Bächerstrasse 63, 8806 Bäch, Switzerland
  2. Operator's contact email address: [email protected]
  3. The operator is the controller of your personal data regarding data voluntarily provided on the Website.
  4. The website uses personal data for the following purposes:
    1. User authentication when logging into the Website,
    2. Communication with the user via email,
    3. Presentation of the user's profile to other users.
  5. The website collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
    1. Through voluntarily entered data in forms, which are entered into the Operator's systems.
    2. By storing cookies on end devices (so-called "cookies").
Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator
  1. Login and data entry locations are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This means that personal data and login details entered on the website are encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the target server.
  2. User passwords are stored in a hashed form. The hashing function is one-way - reversing it is not possible, which is currently the modern standard for storing user passwords.
  3. The operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  4. To protect the data, the Operator regularly makes backup copies.
  5. An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, particularly regular updates to software components.
Hosting
  1. The service is hosted (technically maintained) on servers of the operator Digital Ocean.
  2. The hosting company, to ensure technical reliability, maintains server-level logs. These may include:
    1. resources specified by a URL identifier (addresses of requested pages or files),
    2. request arrival time,
    3. response sending time,
    4. client station name - identification performed by HTTP protocol,
    5. information about HTTP transaction errors,
    6. URL of the previously visited page by the user (referrer link) - in case of transition via a link,
    7. information about the user's browser,
    8. IP address information,
    9. diagnostic information related to the process of independently ordering services via forms on the website,
    10. information related to the handling of email sent to and from the Operator.
Your Rights and Additional Information on How Data Is Used
  1. In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if necessary to fulfill the agreement with you or to fulfill obligations of the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:

    3. companies providing marketing services for the Administrator.
  2. Your personal data is processed by the Administrator no longer than necessary to perform related activities defined by separate regulations (e.g., accounting). For marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request from the Administrator:
    1. access to your personal data,
    2. its correction,
    3. deletion,
    4. processing restriction,

  4. You have the right to object to the processing specified in point 3.2 to the processing of personal data to perform legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, with the exception where there are legally valid grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, especially to establish, assert, or defend claims.
  5. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the Website.
  6. Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be performed regarding you for the purpose of providing services under the concluded agreement and for direct marketing by the Administrator.

  2. The website may save information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
  3. In some cases, the website may save information that helps link form data with the email address of the user filling out the form. In such cases, the user's email address appears in the URL of the page containing the form.
  4. Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the specific form's function, e.g., for processing a service request or commercial contact, service registration, etc. Each time the context and description of the form clearly indicates its purpose.
Administrator Logs
  1. Information about user behavior in the service may be subject to logging. These data are used to administer the website.
Important Marketing Techniques
  1. The operator uses statistical analysis of site traffic via Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA). The operator does not provide personal data to the service operator, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device. In the scope of user preferences collected by Google's ad network, the user can view and edit information derived from cookies using this tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
  2. The operator uses remarketing techniques to match advertising messages to user behavior on the site, which may create the impression that personal data is being used to track the user, but in practice, no personal data is transferred from the Operator to advertisers. The technological condition for such activities is the enabled support of cookies.
  3. The operator uses tools that analyze user behavior through heatmaps and session recording. This information is anonymized before being sent to the service operator, who cannot identify the physical person to whom they pertain. Passwords and other personal data are not recorded.
  4. The operator uses solutions that automate the operation of the Website with respect to users, e.g., can send an email to the user after visiting a specific subpage, provided the user has consented to receive commercial correspondence from the Operator.
Cookie Information
  1. The website uses cookies.
  2. Cookies are IT data, especially text files, stored on the end device of the Website User and intended for using the website's pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time of storage on the end device, and a unique number.
  3. The entity placing cookies on the end device of the Website User and accessing them is the Website operator.

    2. for purposes specified above in the section "Important Marketing Techniques".
  5. Two main types of cookies are used within the Website: “session” cookies and “persistent” cookies. “Session” cookies are temporary files stored on the User's end device until logging out, leaving the website, or closing the browser software. “Persistent” cookies are stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the cookies' parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
  6. Web browser software usually by default allows storing cookies on the User's end device. Website Users can change these settings. The browser allows for deleting cookies. It is also possible to automatically block cookies. Detailed information on this is provided in the help or documentation of the browser.
  7. Restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website's pages.
